TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Neldy R. has been a Treatment Coordinator at Santa Martha Dental for the past year, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the dental field and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.

Neldy’s interest in dentistry was inspired by her sister, a dentist, whose enthusiasm for oral health sparked her own desire to pursue a career in the profession. Throughout the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for the positive impact that quality dental care can have on a person’s health and well-being.

As a Treatment Coordinator, Neldy enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. She takes pride in explaining treatment plans, answering questions, and educating patients about the importance of good oral hygiene so they can make informed decisions about their dental care. Her goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and confident throughout their visit.

Known for being honest, dependable, and compassionate, Neldy finds great fulfillment in helping others and being part of a team that makes a positive difference in patients’ lives. She believes that kindness, clear communication, and genuine care are essential to creating exceptional patient experiences.

Outside the office, Neldy enjoys spending quality time with her husband, especially during trips to Disneyland. A lifelong Disney fan, she loves collecting Disney figurines and embracing the magic of her favorite characters. She also enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and baking—creative hobbies that reflect the same attention to detail and care she brings to her work every day.
